My furbaby swallowed a nickel and had to bring her to the emergency room because she got seizures. I was very worried however at Animal Emergency Clinic of Deerfield they immediately went into action and took care of her. She stayed overnight. They said they would call me between 7-8am and they called me between those times. Everytime I would call they always responded within 2-3 rings, always responsive and polite. Very satisfied with the visit. Thank you to all the staff!!!
didn’t know what was wrong with my dog Roxy when I came home from work she wasn’t acting right. We immediately rushed her to the clinic. They were able to see us right away. They were all so very nice and professional. They were able to get bloodwork and x-rays and diagnosed quickly and ended up doing emergency surgery to remove her spleen. If they hadn’t found it right away, she would not be here today.

My experience with this clinic was very positive. The staff from the reception and at all other points is very friendly, professional and compassionate. Dr. Rudolfo performed all the required activities to find out what treatment my 18-old cat needs. When it came to the point of payment, the clinic offered a discount and agreed to negotiate the final price for two days of hospitalization for my furbaby. Dr. Rudolfo answered all my questions at the enter and discharge points. My cat is back home doing much better.
